Also opened very recently, in May, Chef Tanya’s Kitchen already has a five-star review on Yelp. If you’re looking to go out on the town next time you hit up Palm Springs, Blackbook is a fun new bar to try. With a great look and even better food (menu items include Disco Superfries and Super Duper Cheesy Nachos to get you started), you are definitely in for a fun night if you decide to visit Blackbook. They even have a late night happy hour since it stays open until 2:00 AM.
